My story.

I’m Simon — an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in Australia and performance coach with a passion for helping people move better, recover from injuries, and perform at their best. For me, performance isn’t just about elite athletes — it’s about anyone who wants to build strength, overcome setbacks, and enjoy training both in sport and everyday life.

This page is where I share insights from exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and real-world coaching experience. My own journey has included setbacks with injuries, so I know firsthand how frustrating it feels when pain pulls you away from the things you love. Those challenges shaped my approach as a coach and fuel my commitment to helping others with their rehabilitation, training, and performance goals.

Over time, I’ve come to truly value the power of movement and the importance of creating habits that align with your lifestyle. Quick fixes don’t last — sustainable progress comes from tailored programs that support both body and mind.

My coaching focuses on athletic performance, strength training, and injury rehabilitation. Whether I’m working with athletes chasing competition goals or everyday gym-goers looking to get stronger and healthier, I use a holistic approach. Performance, rehab, conditioning, mental well-being, and health are all connected — and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.

I also know the fitness industry can feel overwhelming — with so many fads, trends, and conflicting advice. My mission is to bring clarity and direction. As a coach, I help athletes and individuals cut through the noise, focus on the fundamentals, and apply evidence-based strategies to achieve their goals.

At the heart of what I do is belief in people. I believe in helping you build resilience, realise your potential, and enjoy the process of becoming the best version of yourself — both in training and in life.

I look forward to sharing more here, and if you’re ready to start your own journey, I’d love to support you along the way.
