Hey 👋

I’m Simon - an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and coach who’s passionate about helping people move, feel and perform better, whether that’s in their sports, in the gym or in everyday life.

This page is where I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned through study, coaching and personal experience - including the setbacks that come with injuries and how they can pull you away from the things you enjoy. I’ve been there, and I know how frustrating it can be and it’s a big part of why I do what I do.

I’ve come to really value the power of movement and building habits that genuinely align with your lifestyle. My focus is on performance - supporting athletes and everyday gym-goers to realise their potential. My approach is holistic - because performance, rehab, mental well-being, and health are all connected, and it is not a one-size-fits-all.

I also understand how overwhelming the fitness space can be - I’ve felt it too. My goal is to bring clarity and support, especially for athletes and gym-goers chasing their goals and striving to perform at their best.
