How does online coaching work compared to in-person training?

Online coaching gives you a fully personalized program, weekly check-ins, and ongoing adjustments without needing to meet face-to-face. You get flexibility and structure while still having accountability and expert guidance.

How do you track progress if we’re not in person?

We use performance testing, training logs, video feedback, and weekly check-in calls. This allows me to make data-driven adjustments and keep you moving forward.

Do I need a gym to do online coaching?

Not at all. Programs are tailored to your environment—whether that’s a full gym, home setup, or even bodyweight-only. I’ll build it around what you have access to.

How do you tailor sessions to me?

Before we start, I assess your training history, goals, injuries, and movement patterns. From there, sessions are customized to fit your needs, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Do you offer performance testing?

Yes—things like strength, power, aerobic capacity, or movement screening. Testing helps us track progress and ensure training is working.

Can I still eat out or enjoy social events?

Yes. The goal is sustainable nutrition, not restriction. We’ll work strategies around eating out, travel, and social settings so you stay consistent without missing out.
